Most of us spend our entire lives navigating the people and moments that matter most without ever being shown how we are actually wired. What if the friction, the confusion, and the conversations that land wrong are all trying to tell us the same thing?  We were NEVER given a MAP! From the moment we are born we spend our whole life in relationships - with our parents, our siblings, our friends, our partners, our children, our teams - yet we were never given a map.  Outside of the “honeymoon” phase, what we learn about each other (professionally and personally) usually comes through friction. We bump into each other where we often misread, misfire, and misunderstand.
